Vertical Rotary Braiding Machine




This braiding machine is applicable tobraiding for air-conditioner pipe in Galaxy, All rubber, Veneer, Barrier structures,brake pipe, TOC rubber pipe.
 

       


1. Braiding disk part
    Mainly include Timing adjustment plate, Braiding disk, 12 sets of Guide rail, 12 sets of the inside spindle, 12 sets of the outside spindle and a Braiding mould, CAM of the heating plate, Timing adjusting mechanism. The part of the transmission adopts the AB servo system to ensure synchronization with the capstan reel.


2. Capstan Reel part
    Is mainly composed of columns, capstan reel, platoon line, and press roller, etc. The part of the transmission adopts the AB servo system, in order to guarantee synchronization with braiding disk.

3. Frame part
     This rack is mainly composed of 100 * 100 * 5 square tubes and channel steel of Q235 proximate matter welded together. Ensure adequate bearing capacity and stability.
Door made of aluminum alloy materials, with a transparent organic glass can observe the internal work. Around and internal equipped with foaming polyurethane insulation materials, can make the external noise on the work down to less than 90 db.

4. Electronic control part
     The Braiding machine is controlled by Allen Bradley PLC. The controller is a solid state control system with a user-programmable memory that reads input conditions and output conditions to control the braiding machine. When a pitch and speed is entered into the machine, to maintain the proper pitch by acceleration rates and deceleration rates. The PLC also monitors all alarms such as inside and outside yarm breaks,low oil,and  cam temperature ect.
    The machine is driven by two Allen Bradley servo motor driver weaving disk with capstan respectively.
    Braiding machine is equipped with a cantilever control touch screen. Different woven rubber hose can be input in the form of formula to the menu in the table, according to the requirements of the different processing technology to call at any time.
    Touch screen more show only the real work in a work situation, such as the current speed, pitch, has compiled the length, the heating plate temperature, etc.
