China's first 10,000-ton low-to-medium denier production line built

With its own independent intellectual property rights and world-class technology, China's first 10,000-ton middle-low-denier industrial yarn production line was put into operation on July 15 at the Zhongping Nenghua Group Tire Cloth Company, and its product quality has reached the international advanced level. Experts agreed that the commissioning of this project marks China’s move away from the situation in which low-and-low-denier filaments depend on imports, and has taken substantive steps in the advancement of high-end industrial yarns.
In recent years, though domestic enterprises have achieved technological innovation, they have achieved the lightest lightness of 930 deniers, but they are still heavy denier yarns, and domestic low and middle denier yarns are imported. In order to further increase market competitiveness, gain high-end market share and increase product added value, Zhongping Nenghua Tire Co., Ltd. successfully developed a high-strength, fatigue-resistant, shock-resistant, low-denier industrial yarn with a low unit weight. It achieved small-batch production and filled the domestic gap. In June last year, they invested more than 300 million yuan to launch a 10,000-ton low-to-medium denier project.
The project has completely independent intellectual property rights, world-class production technology, product quality has reached the international advanced level, the scale of production in the country first. Products are widely used in high-speed sewing thread, parachute belt, automobile manufacturing, wind power and other industrial manufacturing fields, with a broad market prospects. Products will completely replace imported products, creating conditions for further expansion of the international market. It is estimated that the project will increase annual sales income by 365 million yuan.
