In China's oil and gas exploration, especially shale gas development, logging construction of oil wells such as long horizontal wells and window wells has been a difficult problem. The project team broke through the key technologies of array induction coil system design and information processing, natural gamma energy spectrum stabilization method and stripping processing, orthogonal dipole acoustic wave source selection, and receiving array design, which filled the test in China. The instruments developed by the project have been applied on site in the Karamay oilfield in Xinjiang. Seven straight wells were constructed using cable measurement mode; 19 horizontal wells were constructed using pump-out storage mode, and all qualified data were obtained and approved by the user. For the MaH Ma6W well in Xinjiang Mahu, which has a small wellbore, deep well, long horizontal section and serious drilling resistance, starting from 4000m, the whole process of rotating drilling tools, low-pressure circulating mud, 4 tons of drilling pressure is drilled to the bottom of the well. The drilling process lasted 40 hours and the construction time was 61 hours. The equipment and equipment developed by the project are recognized by the user. The equipment and equipment that rely on the project research and development have been formed and sold, with a contract value of more than 40 million yuan.
