1. Have a good grounding wire

The ground of the factory is rarely broken, but once it is broken, the inverter is easily burned. Because if there is a motor leakage, but also just cut off the ground of the factory, the strong power will be reversed through the inverter ground into the inverter motherboard, so that the motherboard terminals appear strong electric fire, burned the motherboard. Therefore, there must be a good grounding line.

2. Prevents the frequency converter from being disturbed

When the inverter is running, it looks like a powerful jammer. The source of the interference is on the six IGBTs of the output module. Some of the inverter's switching power supply can also cause some interference. The power line and motor line are the antennas of the jammer. If the ground line is bad, the interference signal can also be sent out through the ground of the shell. The longer the line is, the more the interference range is. Big.

Inverter interference signals not only interfere with surrounding electronic equipment, but also interfere with the frequency converter itself. Some inverters have the function of preventing the interference of signal radiation and input, and some inverters have no anti-jamming function. It should be emphasized that the varistor should not be too close to the inverter, because when the varistor is short-circuited and exploded, the generated metal debris will fly everywhere, and the powerful static electricity and electromagnetic waves emitted during the explosion will affect the function of the inverter. Breaking the copper wire of the circuit board will destroy the rectifier module, switching power supply, CPU board and capacitor, etc., so it is better to add varistors outside the inverter.

4. Try not to install the inverter on equipment with vibration

When the frequency converter is installed on the tobacco equipment with vibration (such as vibration tank, roller, etc.) for a certain period of time, the connection screws of the main circuit and the fastening screws of the module are easy to loosen, thereby shortening the service life of the frequency converter. When the equipment vibrates, the module of the inverter is most likely to be damaged. If the other modules are not reinforced after the module is replaced, the module will soon be broken again. So after installing the module, it is best to tighten the screws on the main circuit in order of current flow. If you must install the inverter around a device that has vibration, check the connection screws of the circuit and the fastening screws of the module regularly to prevent damage to the inverter due to loose screws.

5. Frequent maintenance frequency converter module

It is necessary to check the inverter module regularly, especially the maintenance of the cooling fan, because the cooling fan has high power and high rotation speed. In a dusty working environment, the vent hole of the radiator is likely to be clogged and the internal circuit board is dirty. Thermal grease failure, shortening the radiator life of the inverter. If the fan is broken and the protection temperature value is set too high, the inverter will not immediately jump overheat protection. At this time, the internal temperature of the entire inverter is very high, which can easily deteriorate the drive circuit and power circuit, and burn out the inverter module. 6. Replace drive main board

The main fear of the inverter is that the motherboard is damaged. There are many causes of damage to the motherboard. When the mainboard of the inverter has a fault, some display communication faults, some display normal but no output, and some have a maximum output and no control.
