How to maintain the CNC lathe in daily operation?

1. Maintenance of CNC system (1) Strictly abide by the operating procedures and routine maintenance system (2) The doors of numerically controlled cabinets and strong electric cabinets should be opened as much as possible. Oil mist, dust, and even metal powder are generally present in the air of machining workshops. Once they fall on a circuit board or an electronic device in a numerical control system, the insulation resistance between the components may easily decrease, and the components and the circuit board may even be damaged. Some users use the door of the CNC cabinet to dissipate heat in order to overload the CNC system in the summer. This is an extremely undesirable method that eventually leads to accelerated damage of the CNC system.

(3) Regularly clean the cooling ventilation system of the CNC cabinet. Check whether the cooling fans on the CNC cabinet are working properly. Check whether the duct filter is blocked every six months or quarters. If too much dust accumulates on the filter screen and is not cleaned in time, the temperature inside the numerical control cabinet will be too high.

(4) Regular maintenance of input/output devices of CNC system (5) Regular inspection and replacement of DC motor brushes The excessive wear of DC motor brushes will affect the performance of the motor and even cause damage to the motor. For this purpose, motor brushes should be checked and replaced regularly. CNC lathes, CNC milling machines, machining centers, etc. should be checked once a year.

(6) Periodic replacement of storage batteries In the CNC system, a rechargeable battery maintenance circuit is provided for CMOS RAM memory devices to ensure that different electrical components of the system can maintain the contents of their memories. Under normal circumstances, even if it has not failed, it should be replaced once a year to ensure the normal operation of the system. Replacement of the battery should be performed under the power supply status of the CNC system to prevent the loss of information in the RAM during replacement.

(7) Maintenance of spare circuit board When the spare printed circuit board is not used for a long time, it should be mounted on the CNC system for a period of time to prevent damage.

2. Maintenance of mechanical parts (1)Maintenance of the main drive chain Periodically adjust the degree of tightness of the spindle drive belt to prevent loss of rotation due to big words; Check the thermostatic mailbox of the spindle lubrication, adjust the temperature range, and timely replenish the oil, and It is cleaned and filtered; after the tool clamping device in the main shaft is used for a long time, a gap will occur, which will affect the clamping of the tool, and the displacement of the piston of the hydraulic cylinder needs to be adjusted in time.

(2)Maintenance of Ball Screw Thread Pairs Regularly check and adjust the axial clearance of the screw thread pair to ensure the reverse transmission accuracy and axial rigidity; periodically check whether the link between the screw and the bed is loose; screw protection device If damaged, replace it in time to prevent dust or chips from entering.

(3) Maintenance of magazines and tool changers Maintenance of overweight and long tools is not allowed in the tool magazine to avoid collisions with tools or workpieces and fixtures when the robot is changing the tool; check the zero return position of the tool magazine frequently. Correctly, check whether the position of the tool spindle's replacement tool point is in place, and adjust it in time. When starting the machine, make the tool magazine and robot run empty to check whether the work of each part is normal, especially whether each trip switch and solenoid valve can operate normally; Whether the tool is locked on the robot is reliable and should be treated in time if it is found to be abnormal.

3. Maintenance of hydraulic and pneumatic systems Periodically clean or replace the filters or sub-filters of each lubrication, hydraulic, and pneumatic system; periodically check the oil quality of the hydraulic system and replace the hydraulic oil; periodically drain the filter of the pneumatic system 4 Machine tool accuracy maintenance Periodically check and correct machine level and mechanical accuracy.

There are two types of mechanical precision correction methods, soft and hard. The soft method is compensated by system parameters, such as screw backlash compensation, coordinate positioning, precision fixed point compensation, and machine tool reference position correction; hard methods are generally performed during machine overhaul, such as rail repair, ball rolling Screw nut pair preload adjustment backlash and so on.

Acesulfame K

Acesulfame K is 200 times sweeter than sucrose (common sugar), as sweet as aspartame, about two-thirds as sweet as saccharin, and one-third as sweet as sucralose. Like saccharin, it has a slightly bitter aftertaste, especially at high concentrations. Kraft Foods patented the use of sodium ferulate to mask acesulfame's aftertaste.Acesulfame K is often blended with other sweeteners (usually sucralose or aspartame). These blends are reputed to give a more sucrose-like taste whereby each sweetener masks the other's aftertaste, or exhibits a synergistic effect by which the blend is sweeter than its components.Acesulfame potassium has a smaller particle size than sucrose, allowing for its mixtures with other sweeteners to be more uniform.
