Purpose
High-efficient boiling dryer is technical equipment to produce solid preparations. It is applicable to fast drying of granules and powders in such fields as pharmacy, chemical, food and so on. This equipment overcomes the disadvantages of traditional boiling dryers. Under airtight negative pressure, controlled by PLC, the temperature can be automatically regulated. The operating temperature can be adjusted up to 120ºC. It has a lot of advantages like good effect on boiling, absorb heat evenly, high speed of drying and good qualityof drying. It is well received by most users.

Features
1. The rack adopts square tube ladder type structure. It has advantages like nice appearance, good stability of the bracing, simple manufacturing process and easy to clean. Because of the ladder type structure, it becomes easy to repairer this machine. 
2. Adopts split type structure (separated into 3 sections: upper, middle and lower). It's easy to install and transport. The manufacturing process is simplified.
3. The upper, middle and lower parts of barrel adopt double-layer insulation structure. Barrel consists of inner barrel and heat preservation outer barrel. The temperatures of barrel inwall and materials are almost the same. This will prevent the materials moisture condensing into water, so the materials will not stick to the barrel inwall. In this way,energy consumption can be reduced.
4. Material barrel is equipped with hammering part. If materials stick to the barrel inwall,knock with hammer, to make the materials get heat, avoid the unevenness of drying.
5. The bottom of barrel is equipped with 80μm stainless steel wire mesh to avoid the leakage of materials and ensure good drying effect. The lower part of the barrel adopts cone design to make heat carrying air spiral into the barrel, so materials can absorb heat evenly with high drying speed, reduce the steam consumption and energy consumption.
6. Dust removal filter adopts 40μm stainless steel sintered mesh. It's easy to install and dismounting, can reduce powder leakage. Dust-removing adopts pneumatic pulse reverse-blow cleaning to realize interval back flushing of compressed air,make the dust fall off from the barrel,effectively improve the permeability.
7. The wall of barrel is equipped with sampling unit. It can realize fast sampling. The entire process is closed.
8. Adopts vacuum discharging door. When drying is ended, the finished granules will be extracted by vacuum source to avoid the secondary pollution.  
9. Hot air purification system adopts primary, medium and high efficiency filters to ensure the air cleanness, prevent foreign matter of radiator and impurities in the air entering into barrel.
10. Through man-machine interface control system, process data of drying can be collected, stored and printed. The equipment operating state and data statistics can be displayed. Through the fault self-diagnosis system, we can get the information of equipment failure and alarm reporting. It can realize the full automation of production technology process and ensure the stability of technology.
