LS-40 Twin Spindle CNC Lathe 

Layout: twin spindle and one turret

Turret moves in X/Z axis 

Counter spindle moves left and  right as Z3 axis

 

It is equipped with a CNC controller and driven by servo motors. It is suitable for turning cylindrical and taper faces, boring, grooving and cutting threads (including taper threads).

 

The machine adopts ISO International code, keyboard Manual data input, and it is also provided with program of power cut-off protection and the functions of automatic diagnosis and with RS232 interface.

 

Power turret for live tools can be installed according to your needs, to finished more complex turning and milling operations in one machine.

 

  LS-40 Twin Spindle CNC Lathe Characteristic:

 

1.Machine bed:   LS-40 Twin Spindle CNC Lathe casting body is made of gray iron casting HT-300, internal stress eliminated by artificial and vibriation aging treatment. With the exquisite design, the bed has the excellent performance for machining and accuracy requirements.

2.Transmission Shaft: Twin Spindle CNC Lathe transmission shaft are made by the advanced iron casting HT-300, with high rigidity and stability;

3.Lead Screw: LS-40 Twin Spindle CNC Latheadopts C3 grade pretensioned ballscrews to make sure the positional accuracy;

 

4. LS-40 installed P4 grade linear guide rails for 3 axes. It ensures highe speed motion and better precision. 

5.Spindle Motor: High quality motor make sure that the lathe perform well at high or low speed and light or heavy cutting;

 

6.Electrical Cabinet: Heat exchanger is installed in electricity cabinet to guarantee the stable of system. Coiler is equipped out side, it is heat, oil and water-resistant;

 

7.Lubrication System: Automatic Centralized Lubrication System of  JASU LS-40 Twin Spindle CNC Lathe can provide timely and accuracy lubrication according to the lathe situation to make sure the machine can work continuously;

 

8.Advanced FANUC/Mitsubishi Controller.
