Mine fire prevention management and disposal

Mine fire is one of the main natural disasters in the mine. Once the mine fire occurs, it will affect the safety production, and the heavy one will burn the materials and equipment, causing casualties. Therefore, prevention and control of mine fire is an important guarantee for mine safety production.

I. Analysis of the causes of mine fires

The cause of fire in mines is mainly due to external fires. According to the different sources of ignition, it can be divided into:

(1) Open fire: When the measures taken during the underground welding are not in place, when the large bulb is used for heating, the combustibles may be ignited and the external fire may occur.

(2) Fire caused by electric spark: mainly due to poor performance of electrical equipment, poor management, such as electric pump, motor, cable and other damage, overload, short circuit, etc., causing electric spark, and then igniting combustibles.

(3) Fires caused by illegal blasting: fires may occur due to blasting according to blasting regulations and instructions.

(4) Fire caused by mechanical friction: Sparks generated by mechanical friction and collision of objects ignite combustible materials, which may cause fire.

Second, the fire prevention measures taken:

1. Safety facilities:

(1) The mine must formulate fire prevention measures for the upper and lower wells, and improve the fire prevention measures and systems for underground mines. It must comply with relevant national regulations and meet the requirements of the local fire department.

(2) The mine must have a ground fire pool and a fire control system for the upper and lower fires. The underground water supply pipe should be provided with a water supply joint every 50 to 100m as a fire water pipe.

(3) Permanent derricks and wellhead rooms must be constructed of non-combustible materials.

2, fire source management

(1) There shall be no fireworks or heating in the furnace within 20 meters near the wellhead room and the ventilation room.

(2) It is strictly forbidden to use flammable materials to lap the temporary operation room and lounge in the underground and in the wellhead.

(3) Working in the field of electric welding, gas welding and torch welding, applying non-combustible support to the roadway 10 meters before and after the welding site, with water supply pipeline, and receiving non-combustible materials under the working place to receive Mars. After the welding work is completed, There is a person at the workplace to check if there is a fire hazard.

(4) It is strictly forbidden to use bulbs for heating and using electric furnaces.

(5) for downhole use gasoline, kerosene and transformer oil must be loaded reclosable iron tub, escorted by hand to the point of use. The remaining gasoline, kerosene and transformer oil must be returned to the ground and must not be stored underground. The lubricating oil, cotton yarn, cloth head and paper used in the underground must also be placed in the iron cylinder, and it should be sent to the ground for regular treatment by a special person. It is strictly forbidden to spill leftover oil or waste oil in the well or in the chamber.

3. Management of ignition materials

(1) Support for mining face must be supported by non-combustible materials.

(2) Items used underground must be flame retardant.

(3) The use and storage of underground grease must comply with the regulations.

4. Management of fire equipment

(2) Fire-fighting equipment shall be provided in the underground mechanical and electrical chambers, maintenance and repair chambers, material warehouses, and roadways near the mining face.

(3) The in-situ fire protection material library shall be located near the wellhead and have a track directly to the wellhead, but shall not be located in the wellhead room.

(4) The underground fire protection material warehouse shall be located in the bottom hole yard or the main transportation lane of each production level, and shall be equipped with fire trains.

5. Personnel:

(1) Before workers are employed, they must be trained so that all workers must be familiar with the use of fire-fighting equipment and be familiar with the storage of fire-fighting equipment in their work areas.

(2) All workers have a fire awareness.

(3) All workers must be familiar with the disaster avoidance route downhole and understand how to extinguish the fire.
