The shift shock not only reduces the service life of the transmission components and the reliability of the vehicle, but also reduces the comfort of the driver. In order to solve the strong problem of shifting shock, we decided to improve the hydraulic transmission shift control system.
1. Improve the principle of front shift control
Before the improvement, the hydraulic transmission shift control system of the forklift mainly consists of a pressure regulating valve 1, a pilot valve 2, a shift valve 3, a reverse clutch 4, a forward clutch 5, a reversing valve 6, an accumulator 7 and a jog The valve 8 and the like are composed as shown in FIG.
The system pressure oil is divided into two ways at node a: one pressure oil enters the pilot valve 2 to control the shift valve 3; the other pressure oil enters the node b and is divided into three. After the first pressure oil passes through the c-node, it enters the reversing valve 6. The second passage enters the accumulator 7 via the pressure regulating valve 1. The third way directly enters the micro-motion valve 8.
After the pressure oil enters the reversing valve 6, the working position of the whole vehicle can be divided into the following five working states: one is the neutral state, the other is the advance I work, the third is the advance II work, the fourth is the reverse I block work, and the fifth is Back II block work.
(1) Neutral state
At this time, the reversing valve 6 is in the neutral state, the pilot valve 2 is in the de-energized state, and no pressure oil enters among the four clutches R1, R2, F1, and F2, and the forklift has no power output.
(2) Advance I work
At this time, the control coil SF of the reversing valve 6 is electrically turned on, and the right position is turned on. The pilot valve 2 is in a de-energized state, and the pressure oil enters the forward clutch F1 through the shift valve 3 in the right position state. At this time, the forklift operates at the I-speed. .
(3) Forward II block work
At this time, the reversing valve 6 is still in the right position, the pilot valve 2 is in the lower conduction state, the shift valve 3 is switched to the left conduction state, and the pressure oil enters the forward II clutch F2 via the shift valve 3. At this time, the forklift is running at the speed of the II block.
(4) Back I block work
At this time, the control coil SR of the reversing valve 6 is electrically turned to the left position, the pilot valve 2 is in the de-energized state, and the pressurized oil enters the reverse clutch R1 via the shift valve 3, and the forklift is operated at the reverse I speed.
(5) Back I block work
At this time, the reversing valve 6 is still in the left conduction state, the pilot valve 2 is in the lower conduction state, and the pressure oil enters the reverse II clutch C2 through the shift valve 3, and the vehicle runs at the reverse II speed.
