Rollo was provided with ship design and marine equipment for a new fence/trawler

Rolls-Royce has signed a contract to provide ship design and marine equipment for a new fence/trawler of the Norwegian shipping company Gunnar Langva AS.

         Rolls-Royce will provide ship design and marine equipment for a new fence/trawler. The new fishing vessel will be 75 meters long and will be built by the Norwegian Westcon shipyard, which is the shipbuilding company's second shipbuilding contract with Gunnar Langva Shipping Company, prior to 2013. The ship delivered was also designed by Rolls-Royce.

         It is reported that the new ship will also be the sixth ship of this family shipping company.

         Rolls-Royce's contract was signed with the shipyard. The ship will be designed with the NVC 353. Ronaldo's equipment includes the efficient B33:45 diesel engine and Promas integrated rudder propeller system and hydraulic winch.

         The new ship's chilled seawater storage capacity of 2,250 cubic meters, with 13 single rooms, will be mainly used for fishing in the North Sea and the North Atlantic, and is expected to be delivered to the shipowners in the third quarter of 2019.
