Sanyo Electric has introduced the small AC servo motor "SANMOTION R". The new motor is 30% smaller than the original "SANMOTION Q" and has reached the world's smallest size. Rated output power is 30 ~ 750W, providing a total of 7 models of mounting base size 40mm square ~ 80mm square. The price starts from 34,000 yen.
By adjusting the magnetic circuit, the instantaneous maximum stall torque (stall, the force that causes the motor to start instantaneously or the motor to stop instantaneously) is increased. The maximum stall torque of the 60mm square mounting base and 400W output is 26% higher than the original model. The maximum speed has also been increased from 5000 rpm to 6000 rpm, expanding the power output range.
Rexolite® is a unique cross linked polystyrene microwave plastic. Rexolite® is often used for high-frequency circuit substrates, microwave components, and lenses with acoustic, optical and radio-frequency applications. Two different forms were originally available: Rexolite® 1422 and Rexolite® 2200 (2200 is a fiberglass reinforced version of 1422).

REXOLITE 2200 has been discontinued - Thermoset cross-linked styrene copolymer with glass mat reinforcement to provide greater temperature stability and strength. Highly suited for missile and other applications where extreme cold, thermal shock and mechanical stress are encountered. Used principally for printed circuit boards.
