Large marine crankshafts are the core components of marine diesel engines. The 90-type crankshaft, which has just been off the assembly line, is 15.7 meters long and weighs 198 tons. The 90-type crankshaft is a truly "big head" in the crankshaft family. Its length and weight are twice and five times that of the 50-type crankshaft (the type 50 crankshaft is 6.7 meters long and weighs 41 tons). The test data is as many as 921. In the development process, the heavy industry and heavy lifting group relied on sophisticated equipment and rich manufacturing experience to develop a rigorous process plan and quality control plan from the single-piece machining, hot-packing, integral machining and grinding of the crankshaft. The only enterprise in China with a complete production capacity of the crown, lower ring and blade of the 700,000 kW turbine. It plans to produce more than 1,700 sets of 1.5 MW wind turbines and achieve 3 MW wind and land growth. The machine is mass-produced; 61 crankshafts are produced. Orders for the five growth industries have been placed next year.
