In 1991, the synthesis tower was reformed to reduce the pressure in the synthesis tower from 24MPa to 20MPa, which increased the production capacity of the plant and extended the service life of the equipment. In 1998, Sino-Japanese cooperation carried out a section of the waste heat recovery and reconstruction project of the furnace and received significant benefits of energy saving and environmental protection. In 2001, the large-scale technical transformation of the urea system was carried out, which increased the variety of urea products and improved the market's competitiveness.
At present, the device operates smoothly and is in full compliance with the national environmental protection discharge standards. The production situation is increasingly promising.
