Fault 1 description: car aisle does not drop
Analysis: The triple button sets the manual mode, the ground-sensing processor of the gate is dead, the ground coil problem, the gate board fault, and other peripheral interference.
Approach:
1, set the triple button to the automatic mode
2. Check if the OUTPUT indicator on the ground sensor of the gate is flashing green;
3. Restart the gate and check if it is normal. If it is not normal, replace the ground sense processor and measure the on/off of the ground sense coil;
4. Replace the gate board test;
5. Disconnect and test the wiring of the card machine.
Fault 2 Description: The card gate is not open
Analysis: card expired, invalid card, card has entered (out) field, card machine motherboard failure, barrier failure
Processing method: 1. Listen to the system voice, confirm the validity of the card, and exclude the card from being illegal; 2. Brush the legal card, and measure whether there is +12V output between the signal OPEN and GND output by the card machine at the gate end, and eliminate the card machine. Motherboard and line problems; 3, through the triple button to open the gate to eliminate the gate failure. 4. On the card machine, directly connect VCC and OPEN to see if the gate is open, and eliminate the line and gate problems.
Fault 3 description: card machine failure
a, the card machine does not respond to power-on: check the 2 power supplies (12V and 24V) separately, check whether the power indicator of the motherboard of the card machine is on, whether there are electronic components burned or burnt;
b, the motor does not move: 1: Take all the cards in the card machine, re-power on whether the motor rotates before and after the observation, whether the rotation speed is normal. 2: Disconnect the connection between the optical plate and the main board and re-power on the motor. .3: When powering up, use the multimeter to measure whether there is 24V output at both ends of the motherboard motor output. If there is no motherboard, if the motor does not turn, the motor is broken.
c, can not pre-issue card: 1: check the thickness of the card and whether it is smooth, can be adjusted by the gap between the upper and lower splitter wheels. 2: check the friction of the card and the card, clean the card and the card detection diaphragm. 3: Check whether the wheels of the upper and lower card wheels are clean and smooth. 4: Check whether the three diaphragms on the diaphragm are normal;
d, card machine fly card or swallow card: 1: check whether the card machine's card light is normal cleaning light, 2: check the card validity, the card information should be the off-site card, 3: check whether the antenna can sense Whether there is interference to the card, such as occasionally swallowing the card, it is recommended to ground the card machine;
e, the card machine can not swallow the card: when the card is invalid, you need to swallow the card, but when the card machine card can not be swallowed in the middle, check whether the tension spring on the side is flexible and the electromagnet is normal;
Fault 4 description: The controller does not respond to the card (no voice, no brake)
Analysis: the card is not the system card, the card machine feels dead due to the uncompressed ground reading card, the card reader antenna connector is unplugged or damaged, the hardware encryption dog on the control board is not installed or has problems;
Approach:
1. Determine that the card is the card encrypted by the system;
2. Check if the OUTPUT light on the ground sensor of the card machine is always on (normal), restart the card machine after power off, and re-press the ground to read the card;
3. Check if the connector of the card reader antenna is properly connected to the motherboard, and replace the antenna board test;
4. Check if the hardware encryption dog on the motherboard is properly installed.
Symptom 5: The car does not go off.
possible reason:
1 The ground sense coil is buried incorrectly or the coil is damaged or broken;
2 Vehicle detector power shortage (Max250mA) or improper sensing sensitivity (too high or too low); 3 "COM" end of the sense detector is disconnected or badly connected to the "GND" common ground of the gate controller .
Fault phenomenon 6: Click the [Open Gate] button in the monitoring interface, the gate is not open, but the manual button can be used to open the gate.
possible reason:
1 The “control switch†in the card reader is not short-circuited (it is disconnected at the factory and is in offline working state. When it is connected with the computer, it must be short-circuited online);
2 The computer and the card reader cannot communicate normally, and the controller does not receive the open command. (Check if the connection of the computer serial port is normal and the parameter setting is correct)
Symptom 7: With image comparison function, but you can't see the image in the parking monitoring interface. possible reason:
1 The video card is not installed correctly (if the driver is not installed correctly);
2 The camera is not powered or the connection between the camera and the video card is incorrect.
3 The parking lot software parameter setting is not correct (such as the entrance and exit, the first choice is not to take the camera).
Symptom 8: Read the card on the exit and entrance readers. The card number transmitted to the computer is sometimes correct (can be opened), and sometimes it cannot be opened.
possible reason:
1 line encountered strong interference (such as the communication line and AC power line co-management);
2 The line is too long, beyond the effective communication distance (200M), the signal is seriously degraded;
3 The card reader controls the grounding terminal (signal ground) of the main board to be short-circuited with the AC power ground (power ground), causing communication interference;
Fault 9 description: There is no image on the entrance and exit monitoring interface, which makes it impossible to capture the license plate number picture.
Analysis: poor video line contact, video card driver problem, camera power loss, device not online, etc.
Approach:
1. Check if the power supply of the equipment is normal;
2. Check if the video head wiring is bad;
3. Check if the control machine is online;
4. Re-install the video card driver according to the requirements, and test whether the driver is correctly installed through the demo program;
