It is required that all workshops and department cadres should always focus on the frontline of maintenance, rely on front-line command, face to face leadership, make specific arrangements, implement cadre safety guarantees, make reminders before shifts, and specialize in part-time security personnel, and must inspect the process of maintenance every day. Maintenance personnel are divided into several maintenance teams according to their tasks. In the inspection, safety precautions must be made in advance. Safety precautions should not be taken and maintenance activities should not be initiated. Special inspections are not performed according to regulations and operations are not performed to ensure safe production and safe maintenance.
