Guided by the Electronic Information Division and the Consumer Products Industry Division of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the 6th China LED Industry Health Development Summit Forum jointly hosted by China Semiconductor Lighting/LED Industry and Application Alliance and China Electronic Equipment Corporation on November 14, 2013 Successfully ended in Shanghai.
Director of the Consumer Products Industry Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Mr. Wang Minyan, Li Qiang; Guo Lili of the Electronics Division; Guan Baiyu, Secretary General of the China Semiconductor Lighting/LED Industry and Application Alliance, delivered a speech. After the opening speech, the leaders of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology also announced the policy measures for the joint innovation of the semiconductor lighting industry. Such a policy undoubtedly gives the industry a more relaxed development environment.
On the first day of the forum, the chairman of the Shanghai Lighting Society, the deputy director of the National Electric Light Source Quality Supervision and Inspection Center (Shanghai), and the professor-level senior engineer Yu Anqi made the "Safety Problems in LED Lamps and Relevant Standards to Be Followed" at the forum. The report, Dean Sun Xinghuai, affiliated to the Department of Otolaryngology and Otolaryngology, Fudan University, Shanghai, gave a report on "Blue Light and Eye Retinal Injury" and made a medical analysis on how the retinal medical physiology would be affected by blue light damage. During the speech, Dean Sun and the on-site participants answered and responded constantly and the interaction was warm. Finally, Director Yang Xiaoping of Beijing Electric Light Source Research Institute made a detailed interpretation of the three standards of the alliance, and answered the time and plan of the future national standard to the on-site representatives. The enthusiastic response of the majority of LED peers also indicated the call for the introduction of the national standard.

The company's total help to Dr. Hong Mengyuan's "Trends in Low-Cost LED Packaging Technology for Lighting and Backlighting", Zhou Xuejun, Marketing Director of Asia-Pacific Region, Philips Lumileds, "Lighting without Limits - Re-evolution of LEDs", Chen Yansheng, Secretary General of China Lighting Association Analysis of the Situation of the Lighting Industry, Prof. Yan Yanhua of Beijing University of Technology, "New Efficient Led Cooling Technology", Huang Jian, Senior Technical Manager of Shanghai Kaixuan Optoelectronics, "Color Difference Analysis and Solution in LED Lighting Design" and Deputy General Manager of Zhejiang Zhongzhou Ye Hui's "The perfect combination of LED technology and traditional light source" The technical speeches of 11 industry hotspots, such as the discussion on the application of lighting power density coefficient to scientifically evaluate the energy-saving effect of LED lighting, have stimulated the interaction between the speakers and the participants in the field. They have the root of the question and have the same connection on the spot. The atmosphere of the forum has been raised to the extreme.
More than 300 people including the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Shanghai Municipality, National Standardization Management Committee, and other industry experts and business representatives attended the meeting.
