1)Steel tube:
*Carbon steel
*Surface of steel tube should be smooth
*without any fault such as crack, folding, layering or lap welding Â
*Ovality shoud be less than 1/2 of tolerance of outer diameter
*curvature should be less than 1.0mm/m

2)Bearing
*Rollers adopt C3 deep groove radial ball bearing which adopts bidirectional seal structure
  to improve the performance of water-proof and dust-proofing.
*Brand: SKF/NSK/NTN/HRB/KOYO/IKO/THK/TIMKEN, etc.

3)Seal
Non-contact seal:
It is seal and its relative motion parts don't contact, and there is proper clearance seal.
Advantage
*Almost do not produce friction heat in the work
*No wear and tear, especially suitable for high speed and high temperature occasion.
*Forming a complex, winding and narrow maze between inner and outer seal part.
*The good performance of water-proof and dust-proof.
4)Lubricating oil
Rolling bearing lubrication purpose is to reduce the bearing internal friction and wear, prevent burning stick.The lubrication effect is as follows.
*Reduce the friction and wear
*To extend the fatigue life Â
*Discharge the friction heat and cooling
*To prevent foreign matter into the bearing internal, or to prevent rust and corrosion
ETC.

Cutting size of the tube, tube length will be carried out on tolerance level IT.Â

Cut of the tube, bevel roughness will be checked according to max value (12.5_6.3μm) of Ra. The bevel size on two ends should be same without any bur. Cut surface on two ends of the tube should be parallel, will be checked on tolerance level IT10.  Please see tolerance size in the sheet below. (take diameter as standard.)

Depth tolerance on one end of installing stop of bearing housing should be processed and checked on standard 0-0.2mm. Activated Carbon Regeneration Rotary Furnace
In 1985, China National Gold Group Corporation was approved by theNational Economic Council,it decided
to introduce foreign advanced technology and equipment to conduct a technological reformation in Tongguan and Zhangjiakou gold mine. United States daiweimaiji company was responsible for the basic design, Changchun Gold Research Institute provided the technical support , introduced the first set electric-heated rotary kiln Activated Carbon Regeneration furnaces of gold industry in China.
In May of 1987 ,it was put into operation, and also has carried on the digestion of technology and domestic equipment reservation.In 2002 , we started to develop JHR-O series fuel oil heated active carbon regenerating furnace, August of 2004, it was put into practice in Zhang jiakou Gold mine of Hebei.In 1997 ,we also developed the JHR series electric heated active carbon regenerating furnace,in 2007, technology was upgraded and we also applied for patent of electrical ( gas ) heating rotary kiln for activated carbon regeneration equipments, gas prices rose dramatically in 2010, JHR-E series electric heating rotary kiln for active carbon regenerating furnace became the main force again.
