CC-2 shaker

This shaker uses a cam-lever bed head. The surface of the bed is originally a thin rubber sheet, although the wear resistance is good, but with the gradual wear, the beneficiation efficiency will be reduced, and the bed surface is easily deformed and difficult to repair. Recently, the FRP bed surface, the epoxy resin bed surface and Cement bed surface. Its structure is generally similar to that of a 6-S shaker.
Product example. Although this type of former Soviet Union CC-2 shaker is older, China's gravity ore dressing plant still uses more.
At present, the CC-2 type shaker is mainly produced by the Ningde Gravity Selection Plant. The technical performance is listed in the table, and the installation basic dimensions are shown in the figure.
