3 bid qualifications and registration conditions:

3.1 The bidder must be a manufacturer (or an authorized dealer) who has officially registered in the People's Republic of China and has passed the annual inspection of the year 2009. If the bidder is a manufacturer, the registered capital must be greater than 1 million yuan (including 100 yuan). 3.3 performance requirements: similar products must have more than two years of market sales history, bid documents must provide a valid proof of performance;

3.4 The bid price of a single equipment bid by the agent must be authorized by the manufacturer above 50,000 yuan (inclusive).

3.5 In the past three years, there were no major illegal records in the business activities.

3.6 This project does not accept bids for imported products.

4 Price of Bidding Documents:

The price of each package is 800 yuan, and the electronic version is 200 yuan/bag. The tender documents will not be refunded after sale.

For mail order, an EMS fee of RMB 100 shall be added. If remittances are required to purchase tender documents, the bidder must specify the purpose of the remittance, the number of the bid documents purchased, and the package number on the remittance slip. Otherwise, the tenderer will be responsible for the consequences of the use of the funds due to the unknown use of the funds; We will send a copy of the remittance slip, the purchaser's name, detailed address, zip code, telephone number, fax number and contact person's fax to our company. After receiving the fax, our company will mail the tender document to your organization as soon as possible by EMS.

5 Time for purchasing tender documents:
