For example: 80mm high punch can be processed with 0.1mm wire diameter, while rough processing is processed with thick wire, the result is greater energy and faster speed.

Based on an optical measuring system, the direct online machine tool visualizes the measurement and automates the measurement cycle with an integrated CCD camera autofocus. With the advanced IWU module, you can ensure the best contour accuracy that is consistent with the theoretical contour DXF file.

The advanced online measurement function redefines the process control of high-precision mold processing. First of all, there is no need to disassemble the workpiece to the outside of the machine for measurement, thus avoiding the positioning error caused by the secondary mounting. The advanced on-line measurement function also redefines the process control for high-precision part machining; first, there is no need to make complex fixtures for positioning and secondary dimension correction; more importantly, the positioning of complex parts is very simple and reliable.
