How to use digital pressure gauge and precautions

The digital pressure gauge adopts the experience of the customer's accumulated experience in the actual operation process, and the rational and flexible use of microcomputer, integration, and laser technology ensures the accuracy and long-term stability of the instrument. It can be used in measuring room or on-site online inspection, calibration pressure transmitter, spring tube type ordinary (precision) pressure gauge, pressure controller and other 0.05-level transferable pressure instruments. It is the ideal choice for customers' ideal pressure standard equipment.
Instructions
a. Place the instrument horizontally on a test platform with less dust and less vibration.
b. Before use, the power should be turned on for more than 30 minutes.
c. Zero point of the digital pressure gauge - measurement selection: the switch is placed at the zero position, and the zero point is rotated until the display is zero.
d. The digital pressure gauge cannot be easily adjusted after the measurement unit is zero.
e. The pressure connection must ensure that the pressure to be tested is below the permissible limit.
f. Select and press the appropriate range according to the measured pressure range.
g. Set the zero point-measurement selection switch to the measurement position and start measurement. If the range is exceeded and the display is flashing, the range should be increased.
Precautions
a. Correctly select the digital pressure gauge. When selecting the pressure gauge measurement range, the measured pressure is not allowed to exceed the allowable overload capability of the measurement range, otherwise the zero point and sensitivity will be affected.
b. Remember to insert solid particles or other hard objects into the pressure tube to avoid damage to the sensor.
c, the pressure is slow, excessive impact will cause fatigue failure of the pressure sensor components,
d. Do not exceed the operating temperature range, otherwise it will cause the accuracy to drop.
e. The pressure medium must be compatible with the material of the pressure sensor. Otherwise, the sensor will be damaged.
f. Digital pressure gauges that are not used frequently should be powered once a month to keep them in good condition at all times.
