According to customer's order quantity, we offer the most cost-effective way to your project, we can use laser cutting, Single-shot or continuous progressive die automated production. 

Processing range: Blanking, cutting, forming, rolling, drawing, bending, flaring, shrink tube, drilling, tapping, spot welding nuts or screws. 

Thickness: 0.2mm-12mm

Surface treatment: Plating, Galvanization, Anodized and Powder coating

Because samples are customized, it takes us more labor costs than mass production.
Usually sample delivery time is around 10 to 20days.(up to the products)
Step5: provide PI to you, you make payment accordingly.
Step6: we start production, and keep you informed updated news.
Step7: send you details and photos when qualified sample is finished.
Step8: make shipment after above information is confirmed.
Delivery&Shipping:
Delivery time: 20 to 40 days (up to products and order qty.)
Shipment: According to your needs, we can arrange shipment by sea, air and courier to your ports. Also we can deliver goods to other cities of China.

Forging Parts

Metal forging is a processing method that uses a forging machine to apply pressure to a metal blank to make it a part of a certain shape and size. The forging process can change the metal structure and improve the metal properties, making it have higher mechanical properties than the raw materials. Therefore, forging is usually given priority to workpieces that require relatively high strength and heavy load-bearing. Because the forging process is a process of up and down pressing, the structure of the workpiece cannot be too complicated, and only some workpieces with a relatively simple structure can be formed. If the structure of some workpieces is relatively complex, we can form a structure that can be forged, and then obtain the desired structure through subsequent secondary CNC machining, but the relative cost will be relatively high.
