Project Description:
The project is located in the north of Xuanwu Road in Weiyang District, east of planned road, and the railway line of Shaanxi Heavy Industry Plant is faint and south of Shaanxi Heavy Machinery Plant. The planned land area is 5.446 hm2, the total floor area above ground is 1,61053m2, the total underground building area is 21,645 m2, the total construction area is 182,698 m2, the green space rate is 40%, the building density is 24.1%, the floor area ratio is 2.95, and 1120 car parking spaces are set up, including ground parking spaces. 165, 1120 underground parking spaces. The number of households to be accommodated will be 16,15, and the number of residents will be 4,845. The planning of the residential area is mainly in high-rise residential buildings, and supporting the construction of corresponding commercial houses, properties, and other auxiliary engineering facilities (underground garages, green areas, roads, etc.).
