Expert appraisal opinion: “CNC System Reliability Assurance and Verification Technology R&D and Application” project has developed a full-life cycle CNC product reliability assurance and verification technology, covering CNC product reliability design, durability simulation, reliability enhancement, and reliability Key technologies such as sex verification, operational reliability assessment, and life prediction have formulated three national standards: "Equipment Reliability-Reliability Assessment Methods", "Reliability Growth-Statistical Tests and Assessment Methods," and "Product Accelerated Test Methods." The approval draft was issued, and two local standards (reviewed drafts) for "CNC System Reliability Enhancement Test" and "General Requirements for Reliability of Industrial Robots" were formulated. The project has applied for 3 invention patents and 3 utility model patents (2 authorizations), 3 software copyrights, 3 monographs, and 15 published papers (6 SCI/EI retrieved articles). The project achievements have formed the technical service capabilities of CNC-Generation products such as reliability design, environmental testing, reliability testing, special test testing for servo motors/reducers/robots, operational reliability assessment, and life prediction, etc., and they are Guangzhou CNC and Shenzhen. The digital products of many well-known companies such as Huichuan provided related technical services and created good economic and social benefits. The appraisal committee unanimously held that the project technology is innovative, and it has reached the international advanced level in terms of reliability acceleration test, rapid assessment technology, and remaining life prediction technology under the long-life characteristics of small samples, and has agreed to pass scientific and technological achievements appraisal.
The "Research on Reliability Enhancement of Measurement while Drilling System" project proposes reliability simulation technology based on temperature and vibration coupling and reliability index verification method of measurement while drilling system, and completes the reliability index of measurement while drilling instrument during the demonstration and development of the program. Demonstrated that the reliability design criteria for the measurement while drilling system was established, which laid the foundation for the reliability design of the current research and follow-up measurement of new research products, and developed the thermal vibration coupling analysis software for electronic products, and realized the measurement while drilling system. Coupled simulation of temperature and vibration. The project has applied for 1 invention patent, obtained 1 software copyright, and published 4 papers. The “Electronic Product Thermal Vibration Coupling Analysis Software” developed by the project has passed the software science and technology achievement appraisal test of the Guangdong Software Testing Center. The project results have been applied in the SEMWD-2000A Drilling Guidance Logging System, providing technical support for the reliability of the Drilling Measurement System and creating good social and economic benefits. The appraisal committee unanimously believed that the project research results were innovative and reached the international advanced level in the reliability-enhancing technology of the measurement while drilling system and agreed to pass the scientific and technological achievements appraisal.
This project achievement appraisal will give full play to the third-party science and technology appraisal function of the science and technology community, enhance the society's innovation and service capabilities, and promote the acceptance of government transfer functions.
