(4) If the operating conditions are not properly controlled, the processing volume will have a downward trend; proper management, reasonable process, and meticulous operation may increase the yield or may not be similar to the output before fine screening. This issue has different meanings in terms of opinion.
At present, the domestic iron concentrate grade tends to enter more than 68% or must reach 68%. It is not entirely suitable, and everything has an appropriate limit. If the concentrate grade is increased indefinitely, it is necessary to strengthen the fine grinding and fine screening, not to mention the increase in cost and recovery rate, and at the same time, it has a great influence on the filtration operation and the water content of the concentrate. Especially in enterprises that are combined with the production of pellets, the high water content of concentrates has a great influence on the quality of pelletizing. In addition, as the concentrate grade increases beyond the limit, the amount of beneficial impurities required for blast furnace smelting will be lost or greatly reduced. Of course, the requirements for iron ore with different properties of acid-base ore are not the same. Therefore, how to improve the quality of the concentrate must be determined according to the nature of the ore and the requirements of the user.
