What are the inspection work before starting the diesel generator?

Before starting the diesel generator set, the following checks should be made:
1. Turn off the control switch power/emergency stop switch
Note: Do not open the radiator cover while the coolant is still hot. Do not add large amounts of coolant to the hot cooling system. Doing so can cause serious damage.
2, check the diesel engine oil and coolant level, to fill up when not enough.
3. When injecting fuel into the tank, do not smoke or use an open flame near the tank to check if the oil is clean.
4, check the fuel level, add when needed.
5. Check the tightness of the diesel engine cooling fan and the charger belt. If loose, tighten the belt.
6. Inspect all hoses to see if there is a loose joint that breaks, wears, and tightens or replaces if any.
Generator start check
7, check the battery level, if necessary, add distilled water, if the battery is new, never charged, add pre-equipped with battery fluid.
8. Check the control panel and generator for a large amount of dust and dirt that can cause electric shock or cause problems with cooling.
9. Check the air filter's clogging indicator and change it if it becomes clogged.
10. The site surrounding the generator should be cleaned and the unsafe objects should be removed so as not to affect the operation or danger and ensure that the cooling ventilation network is not blocked.
11. Observe and inspect the unit's fuel system, cooling system and lubrication oil seals for any leakage.
12. The exhaust system of the exhaust system will discharge the condensed water regularly.
13. Make sure the alternator output circuit is in the off state (handle down).
14, check the lubrication oil level, add when needed.
