A Shanghai man holds a knife against his neck and the police stalemate for 2 hours

At noon on August 28th, a man stabbed his neck with a knife at a noodle house on Minli Road in Tianmu Road and stashed for two hours with the police. Zhabei police suspected the man had mental illness.
