Calculation of flux ratio in ingredients

The amount of flux added to the sinter is calculated as follows:

Wherein a--the mixture does not include the content of SiO 2 in the flux;
b———the content of CaO in the flux is not included in the mixture;
c———% content of SiO 2 in limestone ;
d———% of CaO in limestone;
R———the alkalinity of the sinter.
Example: Let the mixture not include the proportion of gray stone.
Ore 87.5%
Mine dust 4.3%
Coke powder 8.2%
The sinter alkalinity is required to be 1.2, and the chemical composition of the original fuel is as follows. Ore CaO=87.5×0.23%=0.203
SiO 2 = 87.5 × 16.6% = 14.6
Furnace dust CaO=4.3×1.66%=0.070
SiO 2 =4.3×18.5%=0.795
Coke powder CaO=8.2×0.55%=0.04
SiO 2 = 8.2 × 5.92% = 0.485
Mixture SiO 2 :a=14.6+0.795+0.485=15.88%
CaO 2 :b=0.203+0.07+0.04=0.313%
Limestone SiO 2 :c=1.65%

The ratio of the mixture including the limestone should be:
Ore 87.5×74.7%=65.3%
Furnace dust 4.3×74.7%=3.2%
Coke powder 8.2×74.7%=6.2%
Limestone = 25.3%
