In the second half of 2016, Liaoning Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau organized the monitoring of quality and safety risks of automotive brake lining products.
The results show that 12 batches of samples do not meet the standard requirements, accounting for 30% of the total number of batches, which does not meet the friction performance and shear strength of the project.
This risk monitoring collected 40 batches of samples from the automotive 4S shop, auto parts market and e-commerce. The place of production is Liaoning, Guangdong, Jiangsu, Shandong, Shanghai, Beijing and other provinces and cities.
According to GB5763-2008 "Brake linings for automobiles" and other standards, the Bureau has tested the friction performance and shear strength.
Among the samples monitored, 10 batches of friction performance did not meet the standard requirements, accounting for 25% of the total number of batches; 2 batches of shear strength did not meet the standard requirements, accounting for 5% of the total number of batches.
