Since 2002, the Institute of Radio Energy Transmission Technology of Chongqing University has been focusing on the theoretical research and development of radio energy transmission technology. Since 2005, long-term cooperation with world-renowned universities such as the University of Auckland in New Zealand has developed close cooperation in this field and produced a large amount of theoretical and technological achievements. It has formed a complete theoretical and technical system with its own characteristics, complete sets of engineering technologies and product development capabilities. .
In December last year, the International Joint Research Center for Radio Power Transmission Technology, which was mainly supported by the Institute of Radio Transmission Technology in Chongqing University and the University of Auckland in New Zealand, was recognized by experts from the Ministry of Science and Technology. This is the first international cooperation base in the field of radio energy transmission technology in China. It undoubtedly provides an international cooperation research and development platform with international perspective and higher standards for the development and promotion of radio energy transmission technology.
"Low temperature high pressure casting ball valve" is a project independently developed by Chongqing Chuanyi and has been accepted by the expert group organized by the China Machinery Industry Federation. In the development process, Chongqing Chuanyi Special Valve Repair Company has overcome a series of key technical difficulties such as easy control of internal parts shrinkage at low temperature, valve leakage, internal leakage, valve switch control, safe service life, and valve safety. . Bold innovation in product structure design, stem seal adopts self-tightening double-filler structure form; valve body and valve cover end adopt self-compensating sealing mechanism design; valve seat sealing surface is wide arc surface, which is in line with sphere arc surface The ball adopts a special geometric design with a load-bearing structure design. After the successful development, the strength test was conducted by a third-party testing agency, two-way gas and liquid seal tests, and low-temperature two-way air seal test. All technical parameters met the requirements of relevant national standards.
The successful development of this valve marks that Chuanyi has again made progress in the field of the country's major technical equipment, and it has great significance in breaking the level of foreign technology monopoly.
