The Chongqing Productivity Promotion Center is the largest comprehensive science and technology intermediary service organization in Chongqing. The current work is summarized and reported as follows:

First, take the lead in building a platform for sharing large scientific instruments and scientific and technological literature resources to form a complete service system

The construction of a platform for sharing scientific and technological resources is an important measure for the city to promote technological innovation, adjust the structure, and change the mode of development of SMEs. It is an important part of the city’s implementation of research and development, resource sharing, and achievement transformation. In recent years, based on the principle of “overall planning, step-by-step implementation, gathering resources, creating environment, and strengthening services”, we have taken the lead in establishing a large-scale scientific instrument resource sharing service platform in China. In November last year, we opened a platform for sharing scientific and technological literature resources. Through the integration of resources and innovative elements, it has achieved great openness, sharing, and full-service. Its organizational systems, policies and regulations, physical resources, funding guarantees, service systems, and other aspects have all taken the lead in the country, effectively boosting regional SMEs. The large-scale scientific instrument resource sharing platform achieves a “13 1” structure by using “substitution for awards and subsidy” and “recruitment after subsidies” to achieve 1,631 units (sets) of more than RMB 200,000 for network access equipment and a value of RMB 1.25 billion. The Sci-Tech Literature Resource Sharing Platform integrates collection resources and digital literature of six major units, including the major universities of China University of Science and Technology, China University of Medicine, National Institute of Standards and Technology, Xixin Corporation, and two-car centers. It covers more than 140 databases and has a total volume of 260 million documents. 80% of the city's existing Chinese and foreign literature provides SMEs and various scientific research institutes in the city with services such as unified search, original text transmission, fixed-item service, substitute inspection and inspection, technology search, and inter-library reading. Third, carry out cooperation between Hong Kong and Hong Kong and technology transfer to promote the upgrading of SMEs

With the concern and support of the Ministry of Science and Technology and the municipal government, in November 2004, we and the Hong Kong Productivity Council jointly established the Hong Kong Productivity Promotion Center, the only Hong Kong-based productivity promotion agency jointly established with Hong Kong. Actively carry out cooperation between Hong Kong and Hong Kong science and technology, and vigorously introduce Hong Kong's management, technology, personnel and funds to help promote the transformation of SMEs in Chongqing and Chongqing enterprises to expand overseas markets.
