Recently, we received two QW45 low-noise air compressors for repair. We now report the repair process as follows.
1 Failure - The compressor cannot be started after the power is turned on, and there is no compressed gas supply.
1 1 Analysis of the reason that the power supply failed to connect to the main and auxiliary coils of the compressor; the main or secondary coil of the compressor was damaged; the relay controlled by the pressure relief Valve was damaged; the temperature protector was damaged; the stator of the compressor was held; the compressor was held by the high pressure gas piston Cylinder.

Open the upper cover of the machine and turn the rotor of the motor by hand. It is found that it cannot be rotated. The screw can not be rotated by the clamp. It is suspected that the shaft is locked. After screwing off the four fixed stators, the stator coil can be easily removed. The stator still cannot. Rotate, determined to be caused by the high pressure gas piston holding cylinder. The high pressure gas is transported by gas welding to transport the copper tube, and the compressor stator and the piston cylinder are taken out. It was found that the piston and the cylinder were rusted and the piston could not move. After spraying the rust remover for 30 m in, the TY lubricant is injected, and the piston is slightly loosened after repeatedly rotating the stator. After repeated lubrication and rotation, the piston moves as usual. The device returns to normal after the reverse installation.
2 Fault 2 After the power is turned on, the compressor operates to generate a small amount of compressed gas, but the pressure of the gas tank does not go up.
2 1 Analysis of the compressor operation, a small amount of compressed gas is generated, the pressure of the gas storage tank is not up, indicating that the circuit part is not faulty, and the pressure of the gas storage tank is not lost. The high pressure air supply pipe interface leaks; the piston becomes small, the cylinder leaks. Gas; high pressure plate leaking.
2 2 Inspection process Open the top cover of the equipment, inject soap water to check the high-pressure gas transmission pipeline, and find no air leakage; remove the stator and piston of the compressor, hold the cylinder with the palm of your hand, pull the piston to check that the cylinder does not leak; remove the high-voltage board It was found that the high-pressure part of the one-way flap was rusted, and the rust-removal inspection was good, and the equipment returned to normal after the reverse installation.
The main reason for the failure of the two air compressors in this paper is that the equipment is not properly maintained and should be highly valued by users. The normal operation of the equipment requires regular maintenance and maintenance, especially air compressors. Regular discharge of condensed water and addition of lubricating oil are the key to extending the service life of the equipment.
