On December 9th, "Fast Service Technical Service Conference 2010" was held in Jinan, Shandong. At the meeting, Fast chairman Li Dakai made a brief summary of the achievements made by Fast in 2009, and forecasted the development trend of the market in 2010, and planned the work of Fast in 2010.
In 2009, Fast achieved over-achieved annual sales revenue of 6.8 billion yuan and annual sales of 480,000 transmissions. It is reported that from January to November, Fast has accumulated sales revenue of 6.78 billion yuan, completed gross industrial output value of 6.91 billion yuan, an increase of 10.43% and 11.72%; cumulative production and sales of automotive transmissions 491,295 Taiwan and 481,519 Taiwan, year-on-year growth 14.03% and 11.88%. It is expected that the annual sales revenue will be RMB 7.5 billion, up 14% year-on-year; the production and sales of automobile transmissions will be 540,000, an increase of 15% year-on-year. Li Dakai said that Fast's market performance exceeded expectations in 2009, and all business indicators were a record high.
In addition, in the product, the Fast of 2009 also gained a lot. Large center-to-center transmission products are rapidly increasing after being listed on the market, especially 12-speed and 16-speed products; the small 8-speed and small-eighth-speed products introduced in 2008 are well reflected in the market and have been recognized by users. The output has reached a certain scale; at the same time, the research and development of Fast's new products has progressed smoothly. The highly anticipated AMT products have been launched and are currently being assembled on Shaanxi Auto's high-end heavy truck F3000, awaiting market inspection.
It is also worth mentioning that in 2009, Fast's technological transformation achieved remarkable results. It is reported that in 2009 Fast changed its investment in technical reform by more than 1 billion yuan, the new factory building of 33,000 square meters in Xi'an High-tech Plant and the aluminum alloy foundry in Baoji foundry, and the die-casting lines were completed and put into production one after another.
These achievements show that in 2009 Fawtex survived the adverse effects of the financial crisis and achieved a converse trend. In the face of 2010, the undisputed Faest was also full of confidence in the market. Li Dakai predicted that in 2010 China’s heavy-duty vehicle market will reach a scale of 680,000 to 700,000 units, which is an increase of at least 50,000 units this year. Therefore, the market potential for heavy-duty transmissions in 2010 is very large.
In order to seize this market opportunity, Fast defined 2010 as the “KTJ†event year. The so-called "KTJ" means scientific improvement, improvement of efficiency, and reduction of costs. As an old state-owned large-scale state-owned enterprise, cost remains high and rapid response capability is not high enough. This has always plagued Fast's problems. For this reason, Fast remedied the disease and launched the “KTJ†campaign. On the one hand, through efficiency improvement, lean production lean management can be achieved, thereby reducing costs; on the other hand, through the “scientific improvement†of products and upgrading, it can be realized synchronously with the host plant; in addition, the quality and the failure rate can be improved while improving the products. To gain market, OEM and user approval.
Li Dakai said that in 2010, Fast expects sales revenue to reach 8 billion yuan, and gearbox sales will reach 600,000 units.
A laminated tube packaging is a type of packaging made of multiple layers of materials laminated together to create a flexible tube. The most common materials used in laminated tubes are plastic and aluminum, which provide a barrier against oxygen, moisture, and light. Laminated tubes are commonly used for packaging toothpaste, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and food products. They are preferred over other types of packaging because they are lightweight, easy to use, and provide better protection for the contents inside. Laminated tubes can be customized with different colors, designs, and printing techniques to enhance their visual appeal and branding.
