Recently, the “10th Five-Year Plan†and “Original Equipment and Process Technology for Large Steam Turbine Blade Processing†undertaken by Beijing Electromechanical Institute High Technology Co., Ltd. and Dongfang Steam Turbine Works have passed the acceptance of robotics theme organization.
This project is aimed at the urgent need of large-scale blade processing in China. The XKH1600 five-axis linkage blade machining center with independent intellectual property rights has been successfully developed. The machine tool meets the requirements of space surface machining for machine tool motion design, stiffness, precision and machining efficiency. The processing of the space surface of the first and last stage blades (40 inches) of the 600,000 kW steam turbine has achieved the overall performance of the same imported machine tool, and the price is only 20-25% of the imported similar machine tools. At the same time, the subject carried out the blade processing technology and CAM software development, and successfully applied in actual production, changing the situation of the lack of process software that has long plagued the promotion and application of high-end CNC machine tools, for the domestic high-end CNC machine tools in the processing of steam turbine blades. The application provides a useful experience.
The five machine tools developed by this project have been applied in batches at Dongfang Steam Turbine Works. After more than one year of continuous production and use assessment, the performance is stable and reliable, which meets the requirements of users for production efficiency and processing quality, of which 40 inches have been processed. More than 4,800 pieces of the last stage blades have a direct output value of more than 85 million yuan, and have achieved good economic benefits. The successful research of this subject has met the urgent needs of domestic large-scale steam turbine blade processing and made positive contributions to the development of large-scale thermal power equipment in China.
