According to Wu Songwen, sales manager of the Cheda Gas Chevrolet brand, at present, Shanghai's three dealers only got a total of 12 SPARKs, and each dealer has four vehicles. Right now, about 80 consumers in Shanghai have booked SPARK, of which Chida has received bookings from 20 customers. Wu Songwen told reporters that there will be around 20 SPARKs arriving in Shanghai before the end of the year, and 70% of subscribers are expected to be on the premises of the Spring Festival. According to distributors, among SPARK's spare parts, only glass, tires, seat belts, and air-conditioning compressors are made in China, and the rest are imported from abroad. Every year, the country has a certain quota limit on imported auto parts. Many parts and components cannot be declared at the moment, and the manufacturer's production line is seriously inadequate, so the output is very small. Dealers believe that SPARK's production this year is only about 200 vehicles, which is a good example for subscribers nationwide. Cao Zhigang, deputy general manager of SAIC-GM-Wuling, who is on a business trip to Japan, told reporters that they are trying to increase the supply of imported spare parts and actively deal with the problem of automatic transmission and discharge compliance, and strive to resolve these issues early next year. Cao Zhigang believes that the sale of SPARK after the listing of the QQ will certainly have an impact. After the increase in the output of SPARK next year, the influence of this car will be reflected in the sales figure. However, SPARK's displacement is only 0.8L, which cannot be elevated in Shanghai, which directly affects the sales of the vehicle. According to dealers, in cities outside Beijing and Shanghai, there are no strict restrictions on vehicle emissions and emission standards, so SPARK is very popular. In Hangzhou, it is even necessary to pay an expedited fee of 5,000 yuan to ensure that the current car is mentioned within 3 months.
