The Ministry of Transport also requested the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta, and the Yangtze River Economic Belt to take the lead in launching the One Card Interconnection Project.


Encourage the card to adopt real name system


To promote the interconnection of all-in-one cards, we must first establish a unified national technical standard. The "Opinions" mentioned that for the new construction system, system construction should be carried out in accordance with ministerial standards, and the real-name system should be encouraged. The city that has established the traffic card system should upgrade and rebuild the existing system according to the unified technical standards, and be compatible with the original stock card to achieve a smooth transition to upgrade and transform the existing system.


At present, Beijing's municipal card has been exploring the real-name system. The card after the real-name system is bound to the bank card. By reducing the card balance at any time, the card balance is reduced to reduce the loss of the cardholder.


The person in charge of the Beijing Municipal Card said that after the real name of the card, the cardholder can realize the loss reporting function after losing the card. In addition, according to the regulations of the People's Bank of China, if the unregistered prepaid card is refunded, it needs to be consumed within 100 yuan. There will be no such problem of card withdrawal after the real name system.


Four regions must take the lead in interoperability


According to the requirements of the "Opinions", by 2020, the communication between the major urban agglomerations across the city and across provinces will be basically realized. In the early stage, the interconnection of key areas should be promoted. Selecting key areas such as the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta, and the Yangtze River Economic Belt mid-stream urban agglomerations with relatively mature conditions and endogenous demand, as well as the city of bus city creation, took the lead in launching the inter-city transportation card interconnection project.


On April 9, 2015, Minister of Transportation Yang Chuantuan presided over the meeting of the Ministry of Commerce. He pointed out that this year, it is necessary to do a good job in the technical standards and standardization of the integration of the card.

Since the three places use different card-swapping instruments and cards, if the card is issued uniformly, the three-card card-sweeping devices may have to be upgraded and modified. If a city's card-swapping device is used uniformly, the cards of the other two cities may have to be changed. Whether or not to adopt the Beijing card uniformly is not fixed.
